The office is based in the port city of Mohammedia, about 30 kilometers east of Casablanca which is one of the most important economic centers in Morocco, next to Tanger and the capital Rabat.

Certifications according to ISO 9001 increasingly gain importance in Morocco. Based on figures of the ISO survey the number of ISO 9001 certificates grew ten times in only 4 years, a strong demand that is caused by demand by public authorities and the educational sector.
A strategy program for seven sectors developed by the ministry of industry focuses on aerospace, electric engineering and the automotive sector. DQS Certification Maroc therefore expects a medium-term growth in the demand for automotive certifications.
