On April 24th, the Bundeskartellamt (Federal German Authority for Competition) has officially cleared the
way for the merger of DQS and UL MSS, the management systems registration division of Underwriters
Laboratories (UL), Northbrook, IL, USA. UL MSS is thereby defininitely integrated into DQS – an important
milestone to ensure a strong and comprehensive worldwide presence.
