DQS Assessments – now with Benchmarks

DQS now offers DQS Benchmarking, a new tool that shows customers important potential and where they stand compared to competitors.

DQS assessments generate value. Common questions that customers ask are: Where is the most need for action, if we want to keep up with the competition, if we want to become market leaders, or if we want to further expand our market position?

This is where DQS Benchmarking becomes a helpful tool. During a comprehensive initial or re-assessment according to valid accreditation or notification requirements, DQS will provide you with a well-founded evaluation of the maturity level of your management system. The audit report visually documents an organization’s performance ability in relation to the performance spectrum of the competitive environment.

For a customers management system DQS auditors therefore evaluate eleven criteria that can be compared to other customers from similar business sectors or geographical regions.
